Before any construction or alteration, the first question is which approval is needed: a building permit, a small-scale works approval (EEDMK), or neither. Every assignment starts there. Then come the studies, the file on the TEE e-Adeies platform and follow-up until issuance.

For a new building, an extension or a major alteration, together with all the studies the file requires.

When the works need neither a permit nor an EEDMK, the engineer certifies it with a technical report (Article 316 of Law 5306/2026, formerly Article 30 of Law 4495/2017).
For repairs, restorations or removals that require an execution approval.
For a shop or business to open, the premises must allow the use and be legal. This is checked first, and then the drawings, studies and certificates for licensing are prepared.
