Comprehensive Permitting Services

Échelle provides complete permitting and authorization services, covering every stage from pre-assessment and design to electronic submission and issuance through the TEE e-adeies platform. We cooperate with Urban Planning Authorities (YDΟM), municipalities and relevant public bodies, offering reliable support to both private clients and engineers requiring technical assistance.

Building Permits & Approvals

We undertake the preparation, technical documentation and submission of complete building permit and approval files through the e-adeies system of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), in accordance with Law 4495/2017 and applicable urban planning regulations.

Building Permits

Via pre-approval or building terms verification for new constructions and extensions. Includes all required studies (topographical, architectural, structural, electromechanical) and engineer declarations as defined by TEE standards.

Small-Scale Works Approval (EEDMK)

For works of limited size and complexity such as internal alterations, façade renovations, replacement of openings, fencing or minor exterior structures.

Article 30 Declaration

According to Article 30 of Law 4495/2017 for minor works not requiring a permit or EEDMK, supported by a technical report and engineer declarations.

Urgent Works Approval

For emergency or safety-related interventions such as temporary measures, repairs or demolitions, compliant with current Ministry of Environment (YPEN) directives.

All procedures are executed electronically via the TEE e-adeies platform, with full monitoring until final approval.

Operating Licenses for Commercial Properties

We prepare and submit full application files for operating licenses of commercial establishments, food and beverage venues, workshops, storage areas and other special-use facilities. The process includes pre-check of land use, compliance with building and health regulations, and electronic submission to the competent authorities.

Pre-evaluation & Suitability

Verification of permitted land use, fire safety, hygiene and accessibility requirements to ensure the viability of the intended business activity.

Technical Documentation

Preparation of architectural, electromechanical and fire protection drawings, engineer declarations and the complete submission package for municipal licensing.

Special Categories

Licensing for food establishments (KYE), workshops, warehouses, tourist accommodations and other uses requiring special approvals or certifications.
